Its beans have enabled us to make our exceptionally fragrant 51% cocoa milk chocolate, revealing flavours of butterscotch, red berries and spiced cocoa, with fresh and liquorice notes mingling with tangy notes in the delicately spiced and chocolatey caramel finish.
This chocolate lends itself to producing unique and characterful creations.
