This easy to use coating doesn’t need tempering and ensures that your cakes and pastries are showcased in the best possible way with a shiny finish. Its authentic chocolate taste convinces, while it cuts cleanly. The product uses coconut oil, shea butter and illipe butter in replacement of cocoa butter.

This product sets a bit softer than the Ultra White “M” compound, and is intended for coating cakes, tarts, pastries and confectionaries.
